Sure, but why are you dwelling on 2007? That’s old news! The new reality is that Quebec City’s first murder of the year took place on January 2, 2008.

Donnaconna is not Quebec city, at least I don’t think so.
It’s a distant suburb about 40km away (equivalent to the distance between downtown Montreal and St. Lazare or St. Hyacinthe)
