Sure, but why are you dwelling on 2007? That's old news! The new reality is that Quebec City's first murder of the year took place on January 2, 2008.

It's a distant suburb about 40km away (equivalent to the distance between downtown Montreal and St. Lazare or St. Hyacinthe)
