On the bicycle path running under the Charlevoix bridge, crossing from Pointe-St-Charles towards downtown, just a tad east of Atwater, I think.
Probably Lachine Canal. Close to old montreal ?
Well its the same ramp there is all along the Canal. Is it under Lafleur bridge ?
