The SPVM says 56 people have been arrested in relation to the Great Riot of April 21, and are taking great pains to point out that none of them had tickets to the game that night, as if that’s somehow meaningful. They add that most didn’t intend to do anything wrong, but caught up in the mob mentality which turned them into 5-year-olds.
