Welcome to the West Island paradise

According to the editor of Cités-Nouvelles, the Transcontinental-owned French weekly in the West Island, the area has no cultural or language problems.

Also, walking along St. John’s or Sources Blvds. is just like walking along Ste. Catherine Street or St. Laurent Blvd.

Good to know.

Of all the roads in the West Island to take a walk along, I can’t think of any two that would be less appealing.

  • It’s not the walk that supposed to be appealing, it’s the food!

I have no idea why anyone would think the restaurants aren’t the same other than well.. you know.. everything.

Yep, I walked Sources Road for darn near 20 years. Not much to recommend it.

I pity the soul who has to walk either of those two boulevards.

I doubly pity them if they have to cross the 40 on either… better RUN.
