Ol’ Bill deserves no better. “Admire this wonderful bike path, ignore the partial destruction of the Anse a L’orme nature park and the massive expansion of my industrial park”.
How is it that the article is headlined “… becomes a reality” but much of the article is given over to things that “should” and “will” get built?
What a wonderful linguistic gem in the linked article:

The journalist must be a frustrated would-be bus driver: «Avancez en arrière!»
