		<description>I will always remember a lecture on how to make a good TV or video report given by Paul-Andre Comeau, former Radio-Canada&#039;s TV reporter, in a TV journalism (what else ???) course.


He explained that the first step was to edit the images, and then, record the SHORT text that will support these images. Since one image is worth a thousand words, you are not supposed to overload your report with too many words? In a video report, the visual should come before the writing. Seems pretty stupid, but is often forgotten by some TV reporters... and newspaper ones.</description>
