I've never been a huge fan of the nanny state spending gobs of money on advertising campaigns to tell us stuff that we already know. I think issuing fines is far more effective a deterrent.
But I can't resist a good pun.

I really don't mind these public service announcement ads, as long as they're funny/witty/cute like this one. Anything to give me a little chuckle on my morning commute is definitely nice.
