		<description>One of the things I have noticed, having worked in &#039;new media&#039;,  telivision, internet/high tech is that the recruiting people are often people with IQ&#039;s barely above the level of trained pets.  They put bodies in jobs, not talented people in positions of leadership.

HR/Recruiting has no idea of current trends, 1/100 recruiters is up to date.  The people who should REALLY be recruiting (i.e. the business leaders, visionaries, etc) they don&#039;t have time.</description>
