I have one complaint however. Kristin Falcao's voice!!! I can't stand it!! It's not pleasant sounding at all and grates like nails on a chalkboard. It was also confirmed on Radio One by one of the hosts in Edmonton that CBC's 11pm local news will be launching in October (dunno if it's going to be like the CBC Vancouver @ 11 newscast, where it's only 5 minutes long, or if it's a traditional 30-minute newscast). The news expansions also happened in Edmonton, Vancouver, Winnipeg, and (for some reason) CBC North. I watched the newscast on Monday and everyone was flubbing lines the whole time, with Frank especially appearing particularly bewildered. I guess those are just more kinks to be fixed.
