		<description>It&#039;s also worth noting that the paper recycling operation was NOT introduced as the same time as the metro paper. It took years for authorities to get around to doing it, after denying that they had any responsibility, is that not right?</description>

		<description>These are an awesome idea, too bad they&#039;re so small. The paper recycling bin at Cote-Vertu is stuffed full and overflowing all over the floor by the time I get there around 8:05 AM. The STM will have to empty these every half-hour practically.</description>
