CITVR already has all the equipment installed and so does MRC Les Moulins and L&#039;Assomption.  CITSO and CITHSL are slow. In fact, Dec. 31 marks the official end of the magnetic-strip monthly pass, which is still being used by the AMT because some smaller transit agencies have been slow to install Opus machines.</description>
