Strong winds out west

I think what worries me most about the weather, as I saw it on tonight's Téléjournal, isn't that major cities on the west side of the country are farther east than they should be, but that the wind there is so strong it is repeatedly pushing Calgary into Edmonton.

Hilarious! and who ever heard of Hearst? and why is it always on the radio-canada map? Why? WHY????

Hearst is actually a Northern Ontario town where 90% of the people are french. Unknown to a lot of people, there are actually quite a few Franco-Ontario towns, even one of Ricky Gervais parents is Franco-Ontarian. Basically, they are long-time ago former Quebecers who went to go work in mines but kept the language even though all of them hate Quebec now. I know this because I used to live in Northern Ontario!
