A reminder of a reason people don’t want to use commuter trains: the safety of their cars is not guaranteed.

Then again, with commuter train parking lot usage hovering at somewhere around 100% on weekdays, it’s clearly not affecting demand too much.

Perhaps the solution to both problems is to have better bus service to the train stations.
