If that happened on the subway in Toronto they might get a fine for frosting a cake.

I don’t see anything in that article that suggests frosting a cake in the Toronto subway would result in a fine.

Its a play on words on the sound the Metro makes when it starts to leave the station. The three “notes” of the motors of the subway trains engine shifting. DO DO DOUU
So how was the cake?
