Where is this rather desolate-looking piece of Montreal?
UPDATE (Sept. 1): Well this one took longer than most, but Michel gets it first below. It’s de Boucherville St. next to Autoroute 25 near the Lafontaine tunnel. The Port of Montreal is in the background.
Longue-Pointe?

I see the sun setting so I’d guess Senneville or Ste. Anne de bellevue.
Near the refineries?
Boucherville?
This is rue de Boucherville, on the east side of highway 20 as it plunges under the St-Lawrence river in the Lafontaine tunnel, south of the SAQ warehouse.
The spot the picture has been taken is approximately there (on Google Maps).
This land used to belong to the St-Jean-de-Dieu hospital, which incidentally used to have it’s own streetcar network running from the river to the hospital, as well as it’s own narrow-gauge battery-operated streetcars serving the inside of the hospital.
Don’t mean to be a sore loser, but wasn’t Longue-Pointe close enough? http://www.satellite-sightseer.com/id/6637/Canada/Quebec/Montreal/CFB_Longue_Pointe
