a STM bus depot? looks sorta like the St Denis one.
It’s on Beaubien, near the corner of Hutchison (and ccross the street from the building that has the Blue Cat Boxing Club).

perhaps the side road next to park avenue around st zotique, where the main part of the road is dipping underneath the northern set of rails?
